The act is done!!

The mess is cleared as a junior puts it all the " kanjoos " people(those who were misusing the hostel facility),and they have been shown the way out.

The faculty, management and obviously the crusaders the hostel seniors worked hand in gloves with various sets of hostel juniors to clear the fluster state of the mess during lunch times and kicked out the (selective) day-scholars who were misusing the mess facility.

The token system has been introduced and the seniors have been up till about 2:30 odd in the morning issuing the token to all the juniors.

With the seniors guarding the entrance of the mess and checking up the juniors,the selective day scholars had no chance to get into the mess.

Varma sir and Sreeram sir,also dropped by to look at the proceeding and were pleased at the current mess arrangement,and they were pretty disgusted at the fact that 157 day-scholars had the nerve to enter the mess and misuse it.

Rumors have it that  at least 3-4 day-scholars who got hold of a couple of coupons(thanks to their hostel friends *hope you get the sarcasm *),had food in the mess.

And the seniors when informed about this expressed their helplessness,but got to admit a drop of 150 students from 157 to 4 students is quite an applaud achievement,in less than 24 hrs.

The way we sane,day-scholars see it,the hostel would lie in ruins had it not been for the excellent faculty(read : warden),and responsible seniors,and I bet most sane people out there would agree with this statement of mine ,and if you don't agree for this then you are a rotten tomato like (*Fill in the blank plz*)

And too those three or four members,A simple word for you : Losers!!!

Ragging:

Saturday,the seniors get to flood the ground and they are all more or less good to the juniors,but we do know that some of you are exploiting us,and abusing us when we try to share,not use,mind you share the Cricket ground with you(seniors),We can't do a thing but we can assure you of one thing we are pretty angry ,I mean just because you are seniors it doesn't f**king imply that you can abuse us as you please(Continuing the tradition of using this particular color,to drive home the point,Hope this works :D),but it is only due to some good seniors that we are not officially reporting it,as we know pretty well that only a particular set of the seniors(probably 20-30),are a bunch of trouble makers,and we don't wanna ruin the reputation of the other Seniors who are kind to us,they rag us too,but they respect us as well,and they don't end up asking or get personal,ragging for fun is fine,but beyond that the situation gets out of control,just remember,the only reason we are not kicking the arse of these 20-30 seniors(We can if we wanna,we terribly out number them anyway,other seniors we are not referring to you,you guys are great these 20-30 are not :P) is due to the other seniors protection,had they teamed up with us,these trouble makers would have been out of the campus,While we also agree that we have a quite a bunch of trouble makers in our juniors too (:D).

PARTY:

The boys hostel,as well as the girls hostel of GITAM University Hyderabad are set to witness heavy music and loads of fun,with a party being organised by the seniors(paid  by us :P),we will be there to cover the events,but we will be a little late as hostlers don't get to access the internet easily.

As of now, rumors have it that a DJ is on the cards,While the seniors claim it to be otherwise,and we know for sure that things are cooking up,we juniors are sure that a DJ will be coming tonight.

The party in the hostels is set to go on till late in the night,and this will be followed up by an apparent special menu(Did anyone say 12 dishes ??*curses for not being a hostler *),on Sunday night.

More news on this event will follow,right from the girls hostel to the boys hostel.

SPORTS:

obvious,our good currently old(I mean older,don't get me wrong),finally get to take a day off,and practice for the sports day celebrations.

Note:

There will be a new signature line and everything from the next week,which will signify the contributor/author of that particular post.

A small example:

if an civil B person writes a post,(an article on the days/weeks event),then it will carry the signature of the Civil B student(his name or just his Section),others feature articles(you know the hi-fi ones :P) will carry the lifeatgitamhyd tag,and the second in command post will carry the LAGH chief tag or its respective derivatives :D
