Forgot the campus news for a while,the recent controversy concerning the tech-management fest has finally taken roots..
The new one,or rather the only major trouble of the Fest is the Name,a Simple Google search on the Internet,gives you results like the following,
- oodles of references to this Blog
- The Facebook Fan page
And that packs up the search results,this few results apparently pissed off the management,that is no where else is the word Samagdh’a10 mentioned,except this Wonderful Blog,and the management wanted some concrete evidence to support the meaning of Samagdha in Sanskrit ..
A simple search on Google didn't yield any successful results,neither did the team of i don't know how many odd ppl from MBA and B.tech those who have been trying to find a search engine which could give a meaning to Samagdha be hunted down..
As expected they have been unsuccessful,I myself,have been onto Google,and with a varied mix of complex combination(s) of Samagdha I haven't got anything substantial,and I have been disappointed to,Wonder if anyone thought about investing in a good Sanskrit Dictionary or consulting a Sanskrit lecture,they surely aren’t an endangered species like the would be house sparrows..!
THE NEW NAME:
Well,yesterday most of my top contributors were ruthlessly kicked out from the top posts of the Fest(B.tech dept posts),and more are gonna follow,I have got a good coverage and I totally accept it,But If you Kick out my core group from the fest,then I desperately have to re work my contacts in the Fest management,and I have been busy scouting out for more interested contributors,but haven't got any more ppl,Either they stick to books or turn out to be git heads…the Hunt is on for more interested contributors,who are willing to take the risk of being associated with this Blog,after what happened yesterday I would understand if you aren't willing to be openly associated with this Blog but,heck,We do provide an excellent coy if you do wanna contribute under an anonymous name,like my regulars…
The new name is apparently up and about,and awaiting approval once its out will surely make it public..!
