We have finally finished the tests on our Wordpress location,this was in the plan once,we started getting in complaints with regard to the load speed of the blog,ugly ducking persona,add on’s and stuff like that..
So as a special treat to our readers,we have started a no-frills,Wordpress URL..

THE JOURNEY:
It started off as a small personal blog,and has now evolved externally to be a main stream Blog dedicated to the things happening in and around GITAM University Hyderabad,but internally it still remains as much a personal blog as it was intended to have been,this major expansion was not planned for,like all good things in the world!!
Three months,hence the Blog’s team is available all through the day online at the new address lifeatgitamhyd@gmail.com, and we finally decided to shed the tag of Paz.inbox@gmail.com ….
I take pride in noting the fact that the fan page is doing extremely well,ala,pretty active when compared to the facebook group or the orkut community…
SMS UPDATES:
The Google SMS channel,has not really caught up pretty well,may be people don't trust this Blog to such an extent,out of 46 followers on the facebook fan page, close to 14 odd are registered users on our SMS channel and I have no clue as to who is using it,your numbers are totally confidential and this channel compiles with all the Terms of agreement on Google,hence Proclaimed safe to follow it…
I have every intention of getting my long due SMS updates system,and I have been working on it tirelessly but,this particular system Hit a road block,when the management decided to go Whip the followers/contributors of this Blog,I am brave enough to have gone forth and brought in the SMS updates system in place,but that wouldn’t be bravery but foolishness,hence decided to post pone the SMS subscription till the right time,and no the plan hasn’t been totally scrapped,It will come in…

Well,the hostel pics and updates have finally landed in ma Inbox,and I can now do a post on the hostels re view,during this weekend…

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS P.M:
In the previous personal message(Click here to read),I mentioned about initiating the Facebook Fan page,twitter,youtube channel,and the dedicated picasa web Album..
Except the Facebook fan page, nothing much has moved around in that above mentioned list,due to various factors..
The Picasa album on the Side Bar is set to be replaced pretty soon with the Lifeatgitamhyd web album..
Twitter,hasn’t really caught up with this City,much its on fire here in Bengaluru,Hence I went ahead with creating the twitter account,then I realised that Hyd has got lot of catching up to do on the Facebook front itself,forget twitter for now,but when its does find the craze in this city,We will be all set to set the twitter page on fire too..!
SHEADING THE “PAZ” TAG:
I actually wanna shed the Paz,tag and start off from the New signature tag,lifeatgitamhyd,but there is something preventing me from doing,it maybe the only real thing which actually keeps me emotionally bonded to this Blog is that Paz tag,and if I do replace it,then I lose a very strong motivation factor..
When I do get the required courage to do it,I will do it!

CALLING IN FOR LOGOS:
All you freaks out there,we are now working on the feasibility of having our very own logo for this Blog,tired of the using the GITAM log,the way the management has been lashing out at this Blog,they might eventually file a law suite against me/the Blog for “un authorized” use of their Logo..!!

I am a regular follower of this blog. Being a parent, obviously I have some concerns! Where is your accountability? Though I thought anonymity would ensure the independence of this blog and escape from tyranny of the powers that be, old-fashioned as I am I have second thoughts about it. Anonymity is a double-edged sword. It can escape accountability (which the new generation too is increasingly demanding from people in public office) as well as express independent uncensored views. How does one ensure independence while maintaining accountability? - Viswamitra
