Meetings,Industrial tours,cricket fills the day…..DAY:05/10/2010

A personal message is in the pipeline,as we get the 1000th hit today!!!More on it later..

INDUSTRIAL TOUR ECE:

The ECE lot,was packed off for an industrial tour early,in the morning,they started around,9:30 in the morning,with the following faculty members,

• Babu Rao sir
• Sujatha maam
• Sushmitha maam(Lab asst)

They were two buses,which very spaciously accommodated the strength of 66,(On a different note,only close to 50+ turned up)

Here’s the full story:

(Btw this part has quite a couple  of inputs from a new contributor courtesy,ECE!!)

The bus journey was on for close to 1hr,and the trouble started the moment,the buses took off from the campus.The eng lab in charge,drew an apparent “Lakshman Rekha”,preventing the boys from talking  with the girls,one bus was filled up with guys and they had loads of fun,as usual,with guys being guys(no offence intended girls!)!!

The journey ended,and these ppl had to attended a lecture for close an hr,about automations,tools and stuff like that,no one had any idea about what the lecturers were going on Blah Blah about in the seminar,the basic complaint was that we are fresher's and we cant understand such stuff.(Same trip in third year would have been much productive!)

CITD:

Here comes the best part,they went all over the campus of CITD,and looked into various tools,and stuff,and apparently the robotics section was seriously good,rather the most attractive,part of the tour.

RETURN:

The buses came back around 3’ odd onto the campus with most of them feeling pretty pleased on being out on a good outing,(Yet,ppl agree this was loads better than having to attend Bear’s class,aka B*l*ji,or having to face the short dumba**  S*mp*th),they were back and then they moved on for a United GITAM vs United GITAM game of cricket!!!

CSE MASS BUNK:

These ppl are either brave and courageous or outwardly Stupid and idiotic!!!!

Just in the last post,did I mention about the mess of bunking with respect to CSE,and these ppl went ahead a very long step(instead of the regular,”a step ahead”,quote :p),20+ ppl were absent today,and it was mostly confined to a specific group in CSE, this bunk was basically from the LB nagar route,and they have been roaming al lover the place,went for a movie,no trouble back home I believe,and this is what I cal la perfect semi-mass bunk!!!

DIRECTOR’S MEET-CSE :

Ages ago,well,ages prior to the birth of this blog,the director held four consecutive meeting with all the streams which resulted in some kinda of change in the campus,this “regular” interaction between the management and the students is seriously loved by the students only when they get to miss a couple of periods in exchange for it,well this time around the students hardly gave a chance for the director to speak up,he was desperate to know our academic problems but we went firing with all the non academic issues,what did this result in..???

The CR changed from Sushanth,to Sri Harsha.

Dilemma over the missing,membership cards of ISTE,I wonder where they went too..

and plenty of confusion over plenty of stuff,ppl just kept telling all kinda of weird,weird and whacky problem ranging from,football team,basketball courts,buses,A/c,Wi-Fi….so on and so forth,all that poor guy,Sanjay wanted from us was to nominate a person for the post of the president of the ISTE chapter,but we hardly gave a damn to it!!!

DIRECTOR’S MEET- IT :

The director went head on with respect to the disastrous results of IT,here is the full result analysis!

It was more or less similar to the the previous meeting,but this lasted for a a comparatively shorter time than the previous one…the minutes of both the meeting is down here!!!

CONCLUSION:

The part I love the most,more campus development is on cards,and plenty of hot stuff coming up

• New website to be launched on 25th Feb.
• IOE chapter to be inaugurated,8th Feb.
• ISTE chapter to be inaugurated,111th Feb.
• 3 canteens by June(a Subway,apparently!)
• Total academic schedule,from 25th Feb.
• Classes extended up to 10th May.
• Official Football team soon(interested ppl,you know pretty well whom you ought to approach!)

I finally wrap up this post,here I am a disturbed guy,today and I have had plenty of things going on my head,I had way to much to post prior to getting back home,but I kinda of got disturbed on the way back home,curse the traffic in Bengaluru ppl…hoping to hit the blog back with a bang very soon..!!!
