GITAM UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD: Mass copying,boycotts, threats….DAY:24/02/2010

The Exams fever has finally caught with the Students,And here I am pre occupied with the thought that the students are way to lazy to even attempt to copy,But heck,I have been proved wrong,IF I have to count on the way Batch II of CSE and the whole lot of EEE went on a rampage ripping apart materials,and indulging in large scale team work(It definitely isn't copying :P),then the Art of Team work wont die off in an hurry,And I seriously think,and hope it continues in the Mids too..I would loved to have some Spicy stuff on the Blog if and when does that happen..

MASS SCALE TEAM WORK:

It was Awesome!!

When a student is caught copying from material or stuff and its seized from it what do you expect him to do..???

Very easy one!!!

Dig your bag,or another bag or the desk or do something or the other and lay your hands on another copy with glee!!!And then start off on the assignment of jotting down the answers from the material onto the answer sheet,and this time around quite a lot of students had stacks and stacks of material copies with them..

Pity all those guys who were stuck up in the reading room from EEE and CSE..

And Love that guy from EEE(not gonna name him here!),For being caught 3 times in a row!!!

And congrats EEE for having 12 ppl(Apparently)who ever caught indulging in team work!

IT –DIRECTOR-LIBRAIRAN:

The issue of that the Library guy,isn't issuing the stipulated number of books has brought its ugly head up again,this time around with the IT stream,they want the library to issue 6 odd books,and what do you want other to do??Beg around for the books,When the library went on full-fledged,the rules did apparently specify that you are entitled to take only 4 books at a time,but the most of the students are detergent to see the light of the day,the Issues was raised by IT and hence,I intend to enlighten you,if each guys/gal does take 6 books Home,then there wont be a book left in the Library!!!

Already,OOPS WITH C++,by E.balagudusway, aren't available as they are not being returned to the library,and after being issued for 4 times,the students indulge in dumb practices like swapping the books with their friends so that the books remain with them..

So the IT stream,decided to pass on its “complaints” to the Director and the director was pissed,unaware of the rules which he himself passed 6-8 months back lol..

THREATS:

Threats of boycotting the classes have been popping up,in the students circles with respect to the A/c Issue,wait for my take on it this week,before you make any move,wait for this Blog to shed light on some sensitive issues which have been keeping the a/c’s at bay..!
